- After the designs and quote are agreed upon, I will send you an invoice. Half is due at the placing of the order and the rest is due upon pickup. If I do not receive the first half for the order, I cannot put you on the calendar and someone else is open to take that spot. It is first come, first served. The half deposit is non-refundable because cutters may need to be ordered or supplies may have already been purchased for your order. I will consider special circumstances for refunds up to 2 weeks before your order is to be made. Once it is 2 weeks before your order is due, the initial deposit cannot be refunded. This is because someone else could have placed an order in your spot.
- Included in your purchase is each cookie being individually heat sealed in a cellophane bag and packaged in a standard box with shredded crinkle paper. If you would like to request individual bows, they are $10 per 2 dozen. If you would like to have special packaging, we can discuss the price for that to happen.
- The price of my cookies ranges from the intricacy of the cookie design. My orders can range from $36 a dozen and up. We can discuss a specific price based on your details entered for a direct quote.
- The standard size for cookies are 3.5-4 inches. I can do larger sized cookies, but we will need to speak through email to work out those details.
- I do offer mini sets of cookies. If that is something you are interested in, then the prices will be lower for those, and we can discuss that in email. Those cookies are usually around 2 inches.
